How this site handles your information. It is short because the site does very little: there is no analytics, no tracking, no advertising pixel and no cookie.
This site is operated by Only Big Jobs LLC, trading as Proven By Data ("we", "us"). We decide why and how any personal data collected through this site is used, which makes us the data controller for it.
Only Big Jobs LLC

Sheridan, WY 82801
United States
We are a United States company. Where we offer services to people in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, UK and EU data protection law applies to that activity and we handle your data accordingly.
For anything in this policy, including a request to see or delete your data, email [email protected].
Only what you type into the contact form. That form asks for your name, email address, company name, and a free-text description of what you want help with. Nothing on the form is collected unless you fill it in and submit it.
We do not run analytics. We do not set cookies. We do not use local storage. There is no advertising pixel, no session recording and no visitor profiling on this site. If you never submit the form, we do not learn anything about you beyond the standard server logs described below.
We use what you send for one purpose: to reply to you and, if it goes that way, to talk about working together. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Our lawful basis under the UK and EU GDPR is legitimate interest: you contacted a business asking it to get in touch, and replying is the obvious consequence. If a conversation turns into an engagement, the basis becomes performance of a contract. You can object to our use of your data at any time using the email above.
We will not add you to a marketing list off the back of a contact form submission. If we ever want to send you marketing, we will ask first.
Three third parties are involved in running this site. Each has its own privacy terms.
Receives your form submission and forwards it to us by email. It processes the fields you filled in, plus the technical metadata any web request carries.
Serves and protects this site. Like any web host it keeps short-lived request logs, which include IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention.
The fonts load from Google's servers, so your browser's request, and therefore your IP address, reaches Google in order to fetch them. No font cookie is set.
Once your enquiry reaches us it lives in our email and, if the conversation continues, in the tools we use to run the business. Those providers process it on our instructions and for no other purpose.
The providers above operate internationally, so your data may be processed outside the UK and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that happens, transfers rely on the safeguards those providers put in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted within 24 months. Where an enquiry becomes a client relationship, we keep the records for as long as that relationship runs and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.
If UK or EU data protection law applies to you, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, hand it over in a portable format, or stop processing it altogether. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. There is no charge. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can complain to your national data protection authority: the ICO in the UK, or the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.
This site sells business services to companies. It is not aimed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be obvious rather than buried.
