The AI consultancy that proves it before you buy it.

We are an AI consultancy for companies from $5M in revenue. We agree the number the system has to hit, prove it on your own data, and only then do you pay to build it.

The proof gate, and why it changes the deal

Most AI consulting is sold on a slide deck and settled on trust. You pay for discovery, you pay for a build, and the question of whether the thing actually pays gets answered months later, long after the invoice cleared. We run it the other way round. Before you commit to a build, we agree the number the system has to hit, then we go and hit it on your data.

The proof stage is a small working version of the system, run against your own records rather than a curated demo set. It has to be right on your jobs, hold at your volume, survive the messy ones with missing details and odd formats, and cost less per unit of work than the process it replaces. Each of those is scored against a figure fixed before the run starts.

If it clears, you buy the build with the risk already taken out of it. If it fails, you do not buy anything. That is the differentiator, and it is uncomfortable to offer, which is why almost nobody in this market offers it.

AI consultancy services, and what each one is for

We sell six things. AI opportunity mapping finds where AI earns its place in your operation, sizes what it is worth, and sequences the build against it. Revenue systems engineering takes the path from enquiry to booked revenue and instruments it, so an enquiry is answered in seconds, qualified against your criteria, and routed to the person who closes it.

Pricing and quoting engines price off your own book, with the arithmetic deliberately kept away from the model, so the system flags what it is unsure of instead of inventing a number. Outbound and pipeline engineering runs the targeting, the sequences and the call layer as one system, for companies where a single deal is worth six figures. Automations and document intelligence reads the paperwork your team retypes between systems, checks it, and actions it, with a person on anything flagged.

AI lead generation starts with the cheapest pipeline a business owns, which is the list it already paid for. The dormant database is reactivated, an AI sales agent works every reply, qualifies it and books it, and the team only ever speaks to people worth speaking to.

Built for companies from $5M, in the UK and beyond

We work with owner-led and operator-led companies from roughly $5M in annual revenue, across the UK, Ireland, the United States and Australia. Most enquiries for an AI consultancy in the UK come out of London and the South East, and the work runs remotely regardless of postcode, because the systems live in your tools rather than in a room.

That size band is deliberate. Below it, the bottleneck usually costs less than the fix does. Well above it, the decision travels through a procurement process that turns a six week build into a six month one. In between sits a company where a missed enquiry or a two hour quoting job carries an obvious price, and where one person can still say yes.

A data and AI consultancy that operates what it builds

We are not a research lab and we are not a reseller. Proven By Data is a trading name of Only Big Jobs LLC, and we run the same class of systems inside businesses we answer to every month. That is the reason we can tell you which work AI pays for and which work it quietly makes worse.

Four of those systems are live now. The Quoter reads an inspection report or a Spanish voice note, prices every line off the client's own book, and flags what needs a human. The Setter answers, qualifies and books every enquiry within seconds of it arriving, working the phone, the forms and the inbox as one queue. The Meeting Machine puts partnership conversations straight into a founder's calendar at a software company whose growth had been entirely warm introductions. The Tracking Layer rebuilt conversion tracking end to end across a proprietary trading firm's funnel, so every unit of spend could be traced to the customer it actually produced.

None of it is a chatbot bolted onto a website. Every build is wired into the tools you already use, keeps a human in front of anything that reaches a customer, and is handed over so your team can run it without us.

How it runs

Find

We map where the money leaks today, score what AI would actually recover, and rank it against what it costs to build.

Prove

We build the smallest working version, run it against your data rather than a demo, and score it on the numbers agreed beforehand.

Ship

We wire it into the tools you already use, put a human in front of anything customer facing, and deploy it so it stays up without you.

Measure

We track it against the baseline agreed at the start, fix what drifts, and expand only where the evidence says to.

The rest of the stack

Nothing here is sold as a silo. Most engagements start with one of these and pull in the next once the first is paying for itself.

AI consultancy questions, answered straight.

The things owners actually ask on the first call, including the ones other consultancies avoid.

What does an AI consultancy do that we cannot do in-house?

Mostly, tell you what not to build. Any competent team can wire up a model. The expensive mistake is spending four months automating something that was never worth automating, or that quietly breaks once it meets real data. We map where AI would actually pay in your operation, put a number on it, and prove that number on your own records before anyone writes production code. If your team then wants to build it, that map is still yours.

How much does AI consulting cost in the UK?

We do not publish a rate card, and that is deliberate. A system that saves a ten person office four days a month is not the same product as one that saves a sixty person operation the same four days, so a fixed price would be wrong for one of you. What we can say before a call: we work with companies from $5M in revenue, every engagement is fixed in scope rather than open ended, and you see the number before you commit to the stage after it. If the arithmetic does not support a build, we say so on the first call.

How long before we see something working?

The proof stage is deliberately the smallest working version that can be measured, not a pilot that runs for a quarter. It runs on your data and returns a straight yes or no against the number agreed beforehand. The build only starts once that clears, which means the first thing you see is evidence rather than a prototype.

What happens if the proof fails?

You do not buy the build. That is written down before you pay for the proof, not offered afterwards as a goodwill gesture. We would rather lose a build than sell one that does not pay, because the alternative is a system nobody uses and a reference we cannot name.

Do you only work with UK companies?

No. The work runs in live businesses across the UK, Ireland, the United States and Australia. The UK and Ireland are where most conversations start, and the operating model does not change with the timezone: the proof gate comes first wherever the business is.

See it prove itself on your own numbers.

Half an hour with a founder, not a sales rep. We tell you straight whether a machine fixes this, what it would cost, and what it would return.
